We aim to:
- Develop fully automated, streamlined administrative processes to handle the increased scale of operation
- To income generate through external delivery of education and training
programmes - Further develop the education dashboard to include all aspects of the
Education Directorate - Learning from practice, look at reported incidents, embed PSIRF principles.
- Actively engage in national, regional and local audit
- Have a visible and inclusive multi –professional Education leadership team.
- Provide an explicit and clear line of accountability to the Trust board for
education quality and governance
