- Provide suitable local accommodation for Aston/Birmingham medical
students - Engage with learners to identify how their work experience/ education
placement has influenced their future career capturing longitudinal data - Provide the educational, wellbeing and pastoral support required to
enable learners to achieve their potential - Organise appropriate clinical supervision, enabling achievement of
learning outcomes - Ensure earners are full members of the healthcare team including
supervising where appropriate
