We aim to:
- Upskill team members in service improvement
- Support the delivery of Clinical Supervision to improve competence and
wellbeing of clinicians in practice - Provide faculty development to keep supervisors up to date with the
curricula. - Assess supervisor performance through appraisals and other feedback.
- Ensure supervisors are formally trained and appropriately funded
through job plans
